LOCATION: Brentwood Bay Resort (AKA the Brig)- Arbutus Room
COST: $20
What we really need to know right now is who is coming. We figure $20 should cover it, regardless of numbers, but we have to order food pretty soon, so knowing numbers is really important.
The room has been booked, and we plan to have a cash bar (we are right beside the pub) and appetizer-types food that is paid for by the $20 fee. We will get an assortment of meat and non-meat options, cheeses, veggies, fruit, and other snack-sized items. It is NOT dinner, but there should be enough to tide you over to a later dinner, or add the (hopefully light) dinner you already ate before coming.
If you plan to come, please RSVP Jeff and Helen Hopkins (nee Lew) at [email protected]. It would be great to hear from you by June 15 if possible, but we will make accommodation for “at the door” payment for those who just will not know until the last minute.
Once you RSVP, we will send you a confirmation, and then you will receive a request for an e-transfer. We wanted to do this by email so you can also ask any questions you might have, or tell us things you think we need to know.
